These Terms govern access to coldcrypt.us and related online content provided by Cold Crypt, LLC, doing business as Cold Crypt (“Cold Crypt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website provides general information about Cold Crypt, its business, products under development, market plans, and potential opportunities. Content is not a binding commitment concerning features, specifications, pricing, availability, launch dates, funding, manufacturing, regulatory approval, or future performance.

Designs, features, names, integrations, specifications, pricing, timelines, jurisdictions, and availability may change or may not be released.

Digital assets involve substantial risks, including price volatility, loss of value or access, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, smart-contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, network disruptions, regulatory changes, tax consequences, and permanent loss. No hardware, software, artificial-intelligence system, security practice, recovery process, or storage method can eliminate every risk. Cold Crypt does not guarantee immunity from hacking, compromise, defects, user error, loss, or unauthorized access. Any recovery capability will be subject to technical feasibility, identity verification, applicable terms, and law.
